This accessibility statement applies to the MedPrompt web application, a clinician-facing service used by GP practices to support the processing of clinical documents.

MedPrompt is operated by MedGenix Tech. We are committed to making our service accessible and usable for as many people as possible.

Compliance status

MedPrompt is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 level AA.

Some parts of the service do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address these gaps.

What this service does well

We have designed MedPrompt to align with several core accessibility principles, including:

• Text content meets colour contrast requirements
• Interactive components are clear, predictable, and consistently positioned
• Form fields, buttons, and actions use clear labels and instructions
• Error messages are descriptive and intended to help users understand and resolve issues
• The service is compatible with modern web browsers and responsive layouts
• Information is not conveyed by colour alone

These aspects are intended to support users with visual, cognitive, or motor impairments.
